Taheer’s expertise at Anson Funds lies in North American small-cap equities, special situations, and thematic investing. He has served in various roles of increasing seniority at Anson Funds since joining in 2016, most recently as Principal, and previously as Portfolio Manager and Analyst. Prior to joining Anson, Taheer worked as an investment banker for BMO Capital Markets. Taheer also previously served on the board of MEI Pharma (MEIP). He graduated from McGill University with a bachelor’s degree in economics and finance.
