Amin oversees Anson Funds’ strategic operations, investment strategy, trading, and overall performance. He joined Anson in 2012, bringing prior experience as an equity research analyst at TD Asset Management and a consultant at Deloitte. Amin holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, a Bachelor of Mathematics in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo and is a CFA Charterholder.

He is the sole manager and principal owner of Anson Management GP LLC. Tony holds BBAs in Finance and Accounting and a Master of Accountancy from the University of Oklahoma and is both a CPA and a CFA Charterholder.

Sunny Puri

Sunny is deeply involved in all aspects of Anson Funds’ investment process, focusing on strategic trading and portfolio management since joining in 2013. His diverse prior experience includes roles at RBC Capital Markets in Toronto and Sydney, and at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Sunny holds an Honors BBA in Accounting and Finance from the Schulich School of Business and is a CPA.

He has served in various roles of increasing seniority at Anson Funds since joining in 2016, most recently as Principal, and previously as Portfolio Manager and Analyst. Prior to joining Anson, Taheer worked as an investment banker for BMO Capital Markets. Taheer also previously served on the board of MEI Pharma (MEIP). He graduated from McGill University with a bachelor’s degree in economics and finance.

Michael leads the real estate strategy at Anson Funds, specifically for the Arch Anson Tactical Real Estate Fund. He has an extensive background in investment and finance, previously managing over $1 billion in global real estate equities at Sentry Investments and serving as lead manager of Canada’s largest dedicated global real estate mutual fund. Michael was a recipient of the prestigious Brendan Wood International TopGun Investment Mind Award. He holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, a BA from Western University, and is a CFA Charterholder.

Salman holds an Honors BBA with a major in finance from Wilfrid Laurier University and is a CFA Charterholder.

Sagar currently serves on the board of Five9 Inc. (FIVN) and previously served on the board of Momentive Global Inc. (MNTV). He holds a BS from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, where he graduated Beta Alpha Psi.

Rob holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Queen’s University and is a CFA Charterholder.

Robert joined Anson Funds in 2019, and his focus is long/short fundamental analysis within the North American equity market.

Kelvin Li

Arch Anson Tactical Real Estate Fund

Kelvin has been with Anson Funds since 2019 and is primarily focused on the REIT strategy through Arch Anson Tactical Real Estate Fund. Prior to joining Anson, Kelvin worked in real estate private equity at Sandpiper Group and was primarily focused on public REIT activism. Kelvin graduated from Queen’s University with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in addition to being a CFA Charterholder.

Kelvin has been with Anson Funds since 2019 and is primarily focused on the REIT strategy through Arch Anson Tactical Real Estate Fund.
